Tuesday 9am & 5:30pm mongoose jct yoga center
Thursday 7:30am calabash community center
Saturday 9:30am mongoose jct yoga center
All classes drop in basis $15
RESTORATIVE YOGA happening on Tuesday may 22 @5:30 pm at mongoose jct center $15.00.
Please reserve your space. Restorative yoga is used to create the 'relaxation response' or trigger the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for balancing the body. By stimulating this system, you experience a lower heart rate and blood pressure. This also helps stimulate your immune and endocrine systems in healthy way.
